I am an English Teacher at the Universidad del Zulia, Venezuela, where I also teach Psycholinguistics and Spanish Grammar. My interests include learning about the implementation of Web 2.0 tools in the classroom and in distance learning. ICT is a world trend which is gainig strength in universities around the globe; I try to be on top of that technology wave. Research methodology and academic writing are among my other interets. I hold a Master´s degree in Linguistics and Language Teaching. I am writing my PhD thesis on Cognitive Linguistics, the topic is about Mental Frames intervention in the translation from English to Spanish of texts from the oil industry.
